Welcome to Digital Dynamo Marketing! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Digital Dynamo Marketing.
• “Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing our lead generation services.
• “Services” refers to our real estate lead generation and verification services.
• “Verified Lead” refers to a lead that has been manually screened and confirmed as an interested buyer or seller.
• “Referral” and “Lead” are used interchangeably, referring to a verified potential buyer or seller.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• You will not misuse, resell, or share the leads provided by Digital Dynamo Marketing.

3. Service Description & Limitations

Digital Dynamo Marketing provides pre-screened, verified leads but does NOT guarantee closed deals or financial outcomes. Leads are generated through social media ad campaigns where customers voluntarily provide their contact details.

Our call center verifies each lead by confirming their intent to buy or sell real estate before delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Clients must pay the agreed-upon fee before receiving any leads.
• Payment covers lead generation and verification services only; no refunds are given for unclosed deals.
• Additional lead-based commission (as per the selected plan) will be deducted upon a successful transaction.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are ONLY granted if Digital Dynamo Marketing fails to deliver the promised number of verified leads within the specified time.
• Clients may not initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting V Leads’s support team.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients must not misuse or share the contact information of leads.

7. Fair Usage Policy

Clients are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or misusing leads. Digital Dynamo Marketing reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates the Fair Usage Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Digital Dynamo Marketing does not guarantee sales, revenue, or business growth.
• We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the client’s interaction with leads.

9. Amendments & Modifications

Digital Dynamo Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and Pakistan.

In case of any disputes, we encourage both parties to resolve matters amicably. If a resolution is not reached, either party may file a claim in the competent courts of Pakistan or the United States, depending on their location.

Arbitration may be used as an alternative if both parties agree.

By using V Leads’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
